Apoyo para la inscripción en Medi-Cal

Medi-Cal is California’s free or low-cost health coverage for:

  • Low-income adults & families

  • Pregnant individuals

  • Seniors

  • People with disabilities

  • Children in foster care & former foster youth (up to age 26)

At Centro Medico, our team is  here to guide you through the Medi-Cal enrollment process — completely free of charge. During your visit, we’ll help you:

  • Understand your coverage options

  • Apply for Medi-Cal and other support programs (like CalFresh or SDG&E CARE)

  • Ensure your benefits are active and easy to use

 

You do not need to be a current patient to receive enrollment assistance.

CalFresh (also known as SNAP, Food Stamps, or EBT) provides monthly grocery benefits to individuals and families who qualify based on income. It helps stretch your food budget so you can buy nutritious groceries.

Our Certified Enrollment Counselors will:

  • Walk you through the CalFresh application

  • Answer your questions about eligibility and benefits

  • Help you apply for other programs like Medi-Cal and SDG&E CARE

  • Ensure you know how to access and use your EBT card

Enrollment assistance is available to everyone — even if you’re not a Centro Medico patient.

Embarazo

La Clínica Comunitaria Centro Médico se enorgullece de ofrecer servicios de planificación familiar confidenciales y compasivos tanto a mujeres como a hombres de nuestra comunidad.

A través del programa Family PACT (Planificación, Acceso, Atención y Tratamiento) de California, las personas elegibles (aquellas que ganan menos del 200% del nivel federal de pobreza) pueden recibir acceso gratuito a:

  • Control de la natalidad y asesoramiento sobre anticoncepción

  • Pruebas de embarazo y educación sobre fertilidad

  • Pruebas y prevención de ITS

  • Servicios de salud reproductiva

  • Derivaciones y apoyo para atención adicional

Tanto si estás planificando el futuro como si simplemente necesitas respuestas ahora, nuestro personal capacitado está aquí para apoyarte, con dignidad y atención.
